Remember the light that rained through for the first time
and the warmth from the sky.
Remember the power of hope and love,
Remember the stories that were foretold.
Remember all the stars that shone around you
and the sun.
We suffer everyday but have hope to grow again,
with only each other.
Remember all the walls in our way,
that we got through.
Remember the word that made you fly,
but remember your sadness from all your threats.
Remember.

Remember
By Ben P-S
Remember when we would play under the beaming
sun getting burnt but still having fun.
Remember the times when we were young, we could
get away with anything.
Remember the night sky as the stars
glisten.
Remember the sunset as the fire turns on.
Remember the song that drifted you off
into a deep sleep.
Remember the rainbow before we drown
our skin in the water.
Remember the wise wind telling the
choices to make in life.
Remember what you can achieve.

Remember the rocky mountains, my
thoughts and fears.
Remember the sun looking
merry as it abates, revealing
the gleaming starts, each one
shining, representing one of
my emotions.
The moon guiding my way
through the dark.
Trees falling, spirits dying,
we are nature, we are earth,
we are life.

Remember
By Tristan
Remember the stars you were born below,
know each weather change like the back of your hand.
Remember the sun thriving at dawn,
sinking in the blackness of night.
Remember your first sight,
your mother and father's faces,
the reason you are here.
Everyone plays a part on
our planet, we are all in this together.
Remember to hear nature's
voice around you: trees, bushes, flowers, even grass.
Listen to what they have to say,
hear them calling to you.
Remember we are all related
no matter our appearance.
Remember all people are part of you.
Remember light comes from everyone.
Remember music is the key to happiness.
Remember we are all the same.
Remember.

Remember
By Ben W
Remember the night sky,
a sheet above us, the stars glistening.
Remember the sunrise appearing
just above the ocean's surface
far in the distance.
Remember the day you were
born, your first word, your first step.
Remember the first time you
rode your bike without training wheels.
Remember you may be the
future or the past, but always
remember you are you.
Amazing poem, Tristan. We loved your descriptions and imagery and the way you reminded us that we are all connected. Keep up the great writing!
