Science at Home

Requested by Sienna...

Today Tristan predicted that heat would cause the solid Milo particles to dissolve more quickly than cold.

Nate predicted that the Milo would change the colour of the water.

Isaac predicted that toothpaste would be a solid, not a liquid.

We learned that solids, liquids and gases have particles that are arranged in different ways.

Juliette learned that plasma mostly exists in outer space.

Sienna learned that popcorn jumps high when it pops!

We talked about Hatchett - the part where the trees froze and exploded from the inside out - just like what heat forces popcorn kernels to do!
